Herbs and foods to support the immune system. This is an opportunity for my favorite easy/tasty/fun class activity: we can make a batch of "oxymel" (a honey and vinegar tonic infused with herbs-- usually garlic. Trust me, it's tasty.) and it will be ready to use in just a few weeks. Holistic bodily support and self-care is certainly important for recovery, especially at the beginning of the cold season.
