Wellness Activity: Herbs for Recovery & Healing with Lauren Cahillane

Herbs for the nervous system & adrenals: herbs (including kitchen spices and foods) that support and restore a healthy nervous system and our ability to cope with stress. We will touch on nutrition for the nervous system, and lifestyle choices (foods, drugs, stress, cigarettes...) that drain the body of minerals and nutrients. Topics may include: how to make tea the herbalist way; demonstration/sample of a nourishing infusion; how to take a medicinal tincture (emphasis on vinegar & glycerine tinctures) to strengthen the nervous system and/or adrenals over time.
