DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) facilitated by Roe Kaparis

We are expanding our Monday afternoon hours on March 5. We will be open until 5pm to accommodate a new wellness offering, DBT facilitated by Roe Kaparis.  DBT is a therapy designed to help people change patterns of behavior that are not helpful. Roe has designed this particular group to be especially helpful to people in recovery.  We are pleased to have her join our team of wellness providers.  This series will run all four Mondays in March. At that point there is a possibility it will become a permanent offering.
