Coming into the Body

    Our minds pull us in every direction, taking us out of the moment and to somewhere outside of our experience.     In this series, students of all levels will take their focus into their bodies and into the current moment.               Participants will be exploring this idea while exploring both invigorating and restful introductory yoga poses.
