YOGA with Jen

Jen Parmentier is beginning a series of yoga classes on Mondays at 3pm. Come relieve your tight muscles with gentle stretches followed by movement to open the body. This class includes restorative poses with the option to receive bodywork and will end with a relaxing guided meditation. This is great for all levels and abilities. All Are Welcome, come join us!
