This is your opportunity to join others in supporting your local agencies. I know you all know how crucial recovery support is. We breathe a sigh of relief when those challenged with addiction of any sort manage to get and successfully complete treatment. But support is needed far beyond that, because recovery from opioid addiction is a long-term process. Recovery Support Centers are integral pieces of the network of support that can help those addicted to opioids avoid relapse and live healthy, productive lives. We hope to have secure, stable funding soon. But until then, you are keeping us alive!
We have matching funds in the amount of $1500 from the Feld, Ferro and John Sullivan families. Our goal for this drive and any additional fund raising we do is $5,000. Any donation of any amounts helps although the minimum is $10.
You know how this works. You can donate right away on the site, but what you donate now will not count to any potential gifts/prizes we might receive. But don’t forget to donate Tuesday, from just after midnight, 12:01 Tuesday morning, to midnight Tuesday night. We’ll send a reminder! If you prefer to send a check, you may do so. Send directly to the Western Mass Training Consortium at 187 High Street, Suite 202, Holyoke, MA 01040. Be sure to designate on the check that it is for the NRC!!!!!!
