We are also hosting an event in our new space. We will have an open house from 11 – 7. Everyone is welcome. Invite others. Light refreshments will be available.
As part of our event, Hampshire HOPE’s Wall of Hope and Remembrance will be on permanent loan and display at the NRC. For those of you who have not seen this, it was first created at the Hampshire HOPE second year anniversary event at Union Station in June of 2017.
You are invited to come with pictures and text to begin building this important artistic representation of the toll this epidemic has taken in our community. Materials will be on hand so you can make your contribution to the wall during our open house. We will also be adding poetry from our writing group members.
Here are a few details to keep in mind: 4x6 photos fit the best, but 5x7s will work also. There will be room to include names and text on the paper provided.
Members will be on hand with whom to speak; brochures and resource materials will be available, and members will lead a Recovery Capitalexercise three times that day: at noon, 3pm and 6pm. Everyone is welcome to participate in this great team and community building exercise.
