Slow flow, or slow Vinyassa roughly translates to synchronized movement with breath, both energizing and calming the nervous system. Classes begin with slow warm-up and then move into some combination of Sun Salutations, conscious breath work, standing and seated postures. Emphasis is on building awareness of your body’s sensations, and practicing at your own pace. All are welcome, classes are Free.
