Mental health is a big part of recovery. This group is fashioned after outpatient group therapy. Peers share on a topic or a specific struggle regarding the challenge of having a mental health diagnosis and maintaining sobriety. We hope those with depression, bipolar, mood disorders and other diagnoses can share their experience, strength and hope with others in recovery.

The group will utilize the Co-Occurring Disorders Recovery Workbook: Strategies to Manage Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders by Dennis C. Daley for guidelines and materials.
